THE JOB

Prior soccer experience is not required. We only require a passion for positively impacting children's lives.
Ensures the safety and well-being of every child.
Conducts fun, positive, energetic 30 - 60 minute soccer sessions.
For childcare sites, gather children from classroom and return after the session (note: for public locations, no pick-up/drop-off is required.)
Follows proper on-site protocol for each location as prepared and provided by the Soccer Shots supervisor.

OUR COACHES

Looking to fill weekday mornings/afternoons, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Passion for positively impacting children ages 2-8
Every Soccer Shots coach must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.
Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Westchester County.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. Our Soccer Shots was founded in 2018 and we are dedicated to building a strong team of coaches who share our vision to use soccer to positively impact children's lives in Westchester County.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with...

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
Opportunities to provide feedback - We value the feedback of our dedicated team and want to know how to make our program better for the families we serve, and our coaches.
